Challenge

Initially, our pixel was incorrectly recording page scrolls as conversions, leading to distorted data and unreliable performance metrics. This issue was compounded by a decline in Google Ads campaign performance shortly after launch. Additionally, we struggled with generating orders from our email campaigns and saw inconsistent purchase patterns across different campaigns, which hindered our ability to accurately assess and optimize our marketing efforts.

Solution

We corrected the pixel issue, ensuring it accurately tracked sales rather than page scrolls. We launched catalog ads and optimized our website by improving SEO-friendly product pages and descriptions, standardizing visual language, and enhancing the homepage, smart menu, and Shopify plugins for better conversions. We also initiated retargeting and lookalike campaigns, added individual product carousels based on color variants and lifestyle images, and refreshed ad creatives to maintain campaign performance. Daily keyword negotiations and conditional offers in email campaigns helped to engage subscribers. Additionally, we identified new audiences and managed ad spend by focusing on high-performing campaigns while cutting back on less effective ones.
