Cybercity Westbrook

Challenge

Cybercity Westbrook is a premium residential development in Hyderabad. I managed its full digital marketing campaign at Shootorder(marketing agency), with the objective of driving qualified leads and property enquiries through paid digital channels. Initial campaigns were underperforming, lead volumes were below target, landing page load times were affecting conversion rates, and a significant portion of incoming leads were coming from non-targeted audiences, reducing overall campaign efficiency.

Solution

I took a test-and-optimise approach, starting with a full audit of the landing page and campaign structure. I redesigned the landing page experience by replacing heavy videos with lightweight GIFs showcasing construction progress, compressing images, and simplifying the lead capture form. On the campaign side, I tested multiple formats simultaneously, Remarketing (RMK), Responsive Search Ads (RSA), Performance Max (PMax), WhatsApp outreach, and location-based ads, then reallocated budget toward the highest-performing themes, which turned out to be lifestyle and eco-friendly messaging. Targeting was continuously refined to eliminate non-relevant audiences and improve lead quality.
