To consistently fill classes with the students for courses—SAT, IELTS, PSAT, and mock tests each month with eager, premium-service-seeking students. Our initial struggle was reaching the right audience who were interested in our top-tier offerings.
Adding to the complexity, our website’s visibility was a critical concern. It was ranked more than 10th page on Google and 5-6 on Google Maps. Our ambitious goal was to elevate it to the first page of organic search results. Compounding our difficulties, we encountered a significant setback in September when our website was hit by a malware attack. This breach not only altered our site’s title and description to Japanese but also severely impacted its performance and speed, further hindering our efforts to achieve higher search rankings.
To address the challenges, we initially targeted high-income neighborhoods in Hyderabad, focusing on parents in affluent areas. We regularly updated our keywords and audience, and optimized our Google Maps presence by posting updates on upcoming batches with effective Calls-to-Action (CTAs) and relevant backlinks. These efforts helped us achieve the top 1st position on Google Maps and 5th on google. For website performance, we improved speed by deactivating unnecessary plugins and compressing files. To prevent future malware attacks, we migrated our site to a more secure server. These combined strategies led to a significant increase in calls and leads, successfully filling our classes across all courses.
