Managing marketing for a portfolio of 25+ residential properties across Hyderabad, each with distinct audiences and sales objectives.  In a city with one of India’s most saturated real estate markets. The core challenge was building RE/MAX’s brand credibility from the ground up while simultaneously driving measurable lead generation and sales conversions.

Solution

I led an integrated brand and performance marketing strategy combining offline brand building with targeted digital campaigns. A standout initiative was securing RE/MAX’s title sponsorship of Hyderabad’s largest real estate networking event, giving the brand direct access to high-value developers, channel partners, and investors. I produced brand videos communicating RE/MAX’s market positioning, managed B2B relationships with property developers across three regional markets, and ran targeted paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. Continuous performance analysis and audience refinement drove consistent lead quality and campaign efficiency throughout.
